If the Philippines were to develop its industries in the Chinese manner, the government needs to siphon off more money as tax and other fees from its population and give the money away to lower the currency trade market to attract foreign investors with its cheap labor costs along with state of art technology! Its side effect are people have to work terribly hard to sustain its import expenses. China did the feat no democracy can achieved! In the world economy with China, the demand for money will never get low and inflation is less likely!
